Cristina Rodriguez is a Los Angeles–based visual artist whose collage and mixed-media works explore the fragmentation and reconstruction of personal and collective identities. Working with a tactile, hands-on process of cutting, tearing, and layering paper, she transforms found imagery into evolving visual narratives that invite deeper reflection.
After pursuing formal instruction in drawing and painting in 2017, Cristina deepened her artistic practice during the pandemic through collage, participating in workshops, art retreats, and artist residencies. Engagement with the collage community provided both inspiration and a strong foundation for her creative development.
Cristina’s work has been featured at Kolaj Fest, Women in Arts Network, Conversations with Artists, and Espace Canopy, and published in Borderline Press Art Zine, Paris Collage Collective Art Books, Photo Trouvée Magazine, and Arts to Hearts 101 ARTBOOK: Collage Edition 2025.
